I put in an online order but accidentally selected the wrong location. The employees called the other store and had them cancel my order and starting making my sandwiches right away. Everyone was very kind and understanding of the situation.
We stopped and ordered via drive thru. While deciding what to order, the dude kept prompting us over and over for the order. We looked over the menu board quickly as possible and we were still bombarded if we had decided. No other vehicles behind us. Asked one sandwich cut in half. No problem we were told. I ordered online for a drive-thru pickup. I waited in line (there was one person in front of me). When I got to the speaker, I said I was there for my online order, and they said to come to the window. Once I got to the window, the fella said that I had to go back around because the person that was now behind me had ordered. I said that I had ordered online 25 minutes ago.
