Under newer management, staff all friendly. Good deals with ice coffee and bagel! Coffee tasted fresh, nice selection of bagels and spreads.
We come here a lot. The service was goodish. The food is great.
The service was no fault of the people working. They had four people making orders but one girl was up front running cashier and the drink stand/bar. The drink area is not very efficient. It's small and the mobile order person was also trying to use it.
No one from the kitchen when they had down time would step off from their station to help the cashier make drinks even though she had a line five deep....read full review
