Visited this Caribou on Sunday May 1st. We like the coffee here. Ordered a large Northern Latte with almond milk and sugar free caramel. Waited for 20 minutes to be handed an iced Latte and a little longer to be handed a medium instead of a large and couldn't wait any longer so we drove away with a wrong size coffee.
We had such a nice experience here. My friends and I sat outside for quite a while just catching up, and even though we didn’t end up ordering anything, the staff never made us feel uncomfortable or rushed us. We really appreciated the kindness and understanding. It’s rare to find that kind of welcoming atmosphere these days. Thank you!
The staff was very polite and the coffee was delicious! The inside of the store was very clean and inviting!
