Visited this Caribou on Sunday May 1st. We like the coffee here. Ordered a large Northern Latte with almond milk and sugar free caramel. Waited for 20 minutes to be handed an iced Latte and a little longer to be handed a medium instead of a large and couldn't wait any longer so we drove away with a wrong size coffee.
The staff was very polite and the coffee was delicious! The inside of the store was very clean and inviting!
I come here often. The servers are great and it’s a welcoming place to sit and enjoy coffee while reading.
I however feel that the Caribou policy of charging extra for nondairy unless you order from the app and this store doesn’t have app ordering quite ridiculous. Starbucks is right across the street and they no longer charge extra for nondairy.
