This location is okay when you pick up the food in the dining room or drive thru. Sometimes we'll get the wrong order, but always check before we leave and they are quick to fix.
However, this location is absolutely terrible when it comes to any type of delivery. They will randomly cancel your order after you've waited an hour. I hated coming to this McDonalds until I came in one day and had good service for the first time in years, I was helped by these two wonderful workers Benny and fredica, they had great customer service and were the only two workers that were cleaning serving and taking orders, you could see all of the other workers being lazy in the back and just standing there as these two amazing girls carried the load and took there time to help me and everyone else that was in the store.
Updated 2026: This is a consistently poor location. Counter service is no more. Stood 10m trying to get anyone's attention to receive my forgotten item and watched as 11 employees stood around avoiding eye contact. Many times food is smashed, assembled sloppy, and cold soggy fries. Staff don't seem expected or trained to interact with customers anymore. Often tables are dirty and drinks station all wet.
