When your independent 5 year-old decides to move to her own table, and in the process drops her sandwich, the staff observed the dilemma and made her a new one right away. Been coming here monthly for years and will continue to do so. The subs and wraps are incredible!

While the food is good, the speed and service has just been declining fast over the past year.

My latest trip here had me waiting nearly 40 minutes for 1 sandwich - yes, it was a cheesesteak and required cooking, but they didn't even start it for well over 10 minutes. To add insult to injury, they fulfilled the order AFTER mine first? The lady doing the grilled sandwiches even gave me a dirty look like I was in the wrong for wondering why I wasn't...

This place does an excellent job with the gluten free options (I’m Celiac and never have issues with Jersey Mikes in general). However the last time I ate there the GF bread used was definitely stale and dry. Very disappointing.
Overall they are polite and not too pissy when you ask them to change gloves.
