This is the second time I’ve had an issue at this location. The first time I placed an order for pick up and 15 minutes later it wasn’t ready. The two guys working, were doing prank calls over the Sound system. This time, I decided to try the drive through. After waiting for 5 minutes without an answer, I decided to go inside and order. Ordered online and sat in drive thru line (with only 2 cars ahead of me) for 20 minutes. Got to window and they still did not have my food / drink ready. Will never come here again — if you’re really wanting JJ’s suggest driving the extra mile to the one by Jordan Creek.

Whenever I place an order, I always receive my delivery One to two hours late. The driver even had the urge to tell me to tip The driver. I’ve informed the managers, who’ve done nothing to make it right. Do not order from here and pick another location.
