John & Nick's Steak & Prime Rib Inc

John and Nick‘s has always been one of our favorites. We have gone there for years. We especially love sitting in the bar area at the tables with comfy chairs. The weight staff is exceptional, we tip them above and beyond 25%. The food is always excellent. The older gentleman host that greets you at the door needs to leave!!! Never in my life have we ever been asked to get up from the table and move to a “bench” so other people could sit down as we were having our after dinner, espresso martini drink. We didn’t even have our bill! It’s going to be a long time till we go back and I will definitely be spreading the word about him! So disappointed on what my husband and I thought was going to be a wonderful evening last night.

The atmosphere and service were great. However, the food was average at best. I got the special of the evening, chicken parmesan. A warmed up frozen meal from Fairway Grocery would have been just as good. The drinks disappointing. Tasted like jolly ranchers and vodka.

Man who seated us could use a vacation. Permanently preferred. Wasn't very friendly when I told him me and my wife and I didn't prefer to sit in the lounge. I guess the measly 100+ dollars for 2 people to eat wasn't good enough

It was a wonderful dinner date with my wife. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was great. It's pricey but you get what you pay for. The steak melted in your mouth. No gristle, wonderful taste. Definitely will return to this place.

Excellent food! We got a seat without a reservation and only had a short wait. My steak was perfection and they have a huge salad bar!

We just happened upon this lovely steakhouse, which doesn't begin to describe the many delicious offerings, all prepared with attention to detail, and the fabulous service. This was the perfecting way to bring a long day of travel to an end.
