Big shout-out to the male manager at Krispy Kreme Clive today (Sept. 27) for showing such excellent customer service and kindness. He not only corrected the mistake in my order but also compensated me for the inconvenience. He sincerely apologized and even invited me to bring my daughter next time so she could have a special treat since the flavors were for her. Just drove out there and closed! Sign said 11 pm.
Ordered online, order “couldn’t be found” and lobby was closed for some reason. They recreated order but were 4 donuts short of what we ordered and two pumpkin spice lattes missing as well. Basically just tipped 50% on our order due to incompetence thanks to missing items
