Buyer beware. I went in to buy gift cards for Christmas presents. On the website, it states that if you buy $25 in Gift cards, you get a $5 gift card. I bought 4, but first I was told that the promotion isn't until next year. Then I was told that that particular store didn't receive any $5 cards to hand out. They owed me 4 $5 Gift cards and there seems to be no way to get them, because the staff doesn't even know who their reginal manager is. There is something wrong there. Or Papa Murphy's is nothing but a scam. Unacceptable. It seems to be false advertising and maybe they need to be sued.

We order pizza here a lot. Always good and great customer service.
Tonight, I ordered a pizza for $15
I told the person to keep $5 for a tip and then I needed four $20 gift cards.
I gave them a $100 bill. I was told they could not accept this as a form of payment. Only a $20 dollar bill.
I only had a $100 and a $20
Needless to say, I did not get my gift cards.
This business left $80 on the table because of this.
As a business owner, this way of thinking makes no sense. $100 bill or five $20 bills all add up to the same number 🤷♂️
