My sister came here in October to get me coffee on our way home from the hospital after I gave birth to my son. I got my order confused with two of their seasonal drinks, and when my sister tried explaining the situation and what I had told her I wanted, the staff was FANTASTIC! They were so sweet customizing my drink (which was delicious) and even threw in a couple extras for us. Baby Declan and I are so thankful and will definitely mark this as our favorite location in the metro!

I purchased a shaken expresso with sugar free vanilla syrup, pumpkin spice syrup and pumpkin cold foam. It was exactly what I needed today. Like a hug in a glass. No cap lol thank you Abby for making exactly what I needed.
I went to McDonald’s for breakfast and ordered a Carmel iced coffee, it tasted awful and I threw it away and went directly to Starbucks after. Hide/Hyde was amazing! She welcomed me when I got to the drive through, verified my order, and when I got to the window she asked about my morning, I told her I couldn’t sleep anymore and decided to get breakfast and how bad my coffee was from McDonald’s, she gave me a $4 gift card for my next visit because she felt bad about me buying two coffees. She is the sweetest girl and I love seeing her when I go there. Wonderful customer service, very friendly, and I’m so glad she’s there when I go in. 🫶🏼
