I went to McDonald’s for breakfast and ordered a Carmel iced coffee, it tasted awful and I threw it away and went directly to Starbucks after. Hide/Hyde was amazing! She welcomed me when I got to the drive through, verified my order, and when I got to the window she asked about my morning, I told her I couldn’t sleep anymore and decided to get breakfast and how bad my coffee was from McDonald’s, she gave me a $4 gift card for my next visit because she felt bad about me buying two coffees. She is the sweetest girl and I love seeing her when I go there. Wonderful customer service, very friendly, and I’m so glad she’s there when I go in. 🫶🏼

I had an amazing experience with a gal named Hide. I’ve seriously NEVER had the level of customer service in a Starbucks ever! I will return, I can only hope the rest of your staff is as attentive to the customer.

Super friendly staff, very clean coffee shop. Deliciously made coffee, great snacks, and merchandise. My go-to's: white chocolate mocha, carmel Frappuccino, vanilla bean scones, breakfast sandwich and holiday lattes.

Were they ever trained to have some basic courtesies—like providing sleeves and stoppers for super hot coffee in the drive-thru, or at least making sure the lid is properly sealed? It’s frustrating to get a scalding drink that’s difficult to handle, especially on the go.

The team here is amazing, each one of them just as friendly as the other. it's so great getting to watch them interact with the regulars. everyone here is greeted when they walk in the door and told to have a great day on the way out. and the drinks.. the drinks are always made to perfections :)

This is the BEST Starbucks I've been to! The workers are always super friendly and chatty. I never have to wait for my order as it's always ready basically right after I order it! I won't go to another store!!

It's not the same as the Norwalk/ Cummings store or the Store in Windsor heights. Attention to detail as a barista should be priority we love coffee to made the way we order it. We know it gets busy however, slow down and take your time. Great service, but my coffee was not made to my satisfaction. White Chocolate Macadamia cream cold brew with an extra shot of expresso and caramel drizzle around the cup and on top my foam. Have the Macadamia nut sprinkles is like the cherry on the sundae. Where is my cherry and I did not see her shake it on top of my foam but told me it dropped to the bottom of the cup. Ma'am I saw you make my drink...but I'll take it and let you believe I got it in my cup. Ya really have to hire people with integrity. Yes, I'm a regular Starbucks drinker not new to this. Do better ma'am. White shirt bi racial with the puffy pony tail. That when I ask for my drizzle you put it on because you forgot. Incase you don't remember rather short black man with white v neck shirt and black shorts. Do better. Take your time we won't be upset if you make our drinks the way we want it. A 9 dollar drink is not going to 7/11.

Come on now...really. Review a Starbucks?! Most everyone in the world knows about these coffee shops! Clean inside,. restroom was clean, seating area clean. Plenty of parking.

This was the worst experience ever!! Had me repeat my order twice and still got it wrong. Then my second order had enough Carmel in it to make 50 drinks n no o joke. My cup is half full of Carmel. Never again

Everyone was pleasant to speak to and the drinks were made correctly and well. I live in Norwalk and there is a Starbucks down the street from me but I prefer to drive 20 mins to come here. I’ve always had a good experience at this location.
