Were they ever trained to have some basic courtesies—like providing sleeves and stoppers for super hot coffee in the drive-thru, or at least making sure the lid is properly sealed? It’s frustrating to get a scalding drink that’s difficult to handle, especially on the go.

The team here is amazing, each one of them just as friendly as the other. it's so great getting to watch them interact with the regulars. everyone here is greeted when they walk in the door and told to have a great day on the way out. and the drinks.. the drinks are always made to perfections :)

It's not the same as the Norwalk/ Cummings store or the Store in Windsor heights. Attention to detail as a barista should be priority we love coffee to made the way we order it. We know it gets busy however, slow down and take your time. Great service, but my coffee was not made to my satisfaction. White Chocolate Macadamia cream cold brew with an extra shot of expresso and caramel drizzle around the cup and on top my foam. Have the Macadamia nut sprinkles is like the cherry on the sundae. Where is my cherry and I did not see her shake it on top of my foam but told me it dropped to the bottom of the cup. Ma'am I saw you make my drink...but I'll take it and let you believe I got it in my cup. Ya really have to hire people with integrity. Yes, I'm a regular Starbucks drinker not new to this. Do better ma'am. White shirt bi racial with the puffy pony tail. That when I ask for my drizzle you put it on because you forgot. Incase you don't remember rather short black man with white v neck shirt and black shorts. Do better. Take your time we won't be upset if you make our drinks the way we want it. A 9 dollar drink is not going to 7/11.

Come on now...really. Review a Starbucks?! Most everyone in the world knows about these coffee shops! Clean inside,. restroom was clean, seating area clean. Plenty of parking.

This was the worst experience ever!! Had me repeat my order twice and still got it wrong. Then my second order had enough Carmel in it to make 50 drinks n no o joke. My cup is half full of Carmel. Never again

Great service. Very little wait time. Wish I would have gotten the gentleman's name who took my order. He helped me figure out how to make my iced macha a little sweeter without adding sweetener (added coconut milk). It was delicious! My friend and I sat outside which was also enjoyable.

I'm always a fan of this location; the drinks and food are always consistent and done on time, and they work really hard! Whoever was working the drive-through window today at 10 AM with the curly hair and cast on his arm was awesome - he was so genuinely positive and I appreciated his enthusiasm for what could be a very repetitive job. As a business owner that serves guests, I appreciate that skill set in an individual! Great job!
The coffee taste like it was filtered through dirty socks. Totally nasty! Avoid like the plague!
