My order was ready to go when I pulled through, and I appreciated that my pink drinks were both shaken even though I didn’t have ice. Lots of locations skip shaking so I appreciate that they did! Thanks for a great drink :)

I came here to order a shaken espresso and the guy went “uuuhhhhh it’s been discontinued” I literally order this drink minimum once per day. He just didn’t want to make it because they were closing in 40 minutes

My fiance and I were on our way out of town. We had stopped at a different Starbucks before our 3 hour haul up north. When we received our drinks we tried them and were sorely disappointed. Bland, missing ingredients, all around awful. We knew we had to drive past this location so we figured we'd try stopping in and see if we could get then remade. Without even asking, the staff apologized for what wasn't even their mistake and made is delicious new drinks at new cost! They were all so sweet and helpful! Thanks for making our travels just a little bit better! Great location and staff!

SURPRISINGLY aggressive customers overall in the drive thru line, and a MANAGER and POLICY that IS UNFLINCHINGLY RIGID and OVERLY SELF-RIGHTEOUS ABOUT THE SO CALLED "REFILL POLICY."PLEASE!YOU WERE EVEN GIVEN A TIP FOR SIMPLY DELIVERING FOOD THRU A WINDOW (GRUFFLY.)OH.YES...AND I DID OFFER TO PAY FOR THE REFILL AT THE END OF THIS DEEPLY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE.I was given a refill BEGRUDGINGLY after going thru the drive thru a SECOND time but THEN READ THE RULES STERNLY by EMPLOYEES AND THEN THE MANAGER TOO!!!. I WAS OUTRAGED at the TONE and VERBAL SPANKING I WAS GIVEN for VIOLATING PROCEDURE and NOT KNOWING THE RULES.NEVER BEEN TREATED THIS WAY AT ANY STARBUCKS in another more relaxed state...very surprised to find unhappy and uptight customers and staff at this location of Starbucks. They won't need to tell me their rules again here because I will actually go ANYWHERE ELSE NOW for a MORNING COFFEE and SANDWICH (11 DOLLARS and JUST TERRIBLE VALUE for a LITTLE SQUARE of FLOUR with some cheese)...find a gracious mom and pop independent coffee spot and save yourself from this SHOCKINGLY UNHAPPY PLACE IN THE NORMALLY HAPPY AND GENEROUS IOWA.It was the LOW POINT of an otherwise great experience in Iowa for this west coaster. NOW...ANYTHING BUT STARBUCKS IS GOOD TO ME.YOU CAN KEEP YOUR REFILL POLICY and I WILL SAVE THE 11 BUCKS OF ANXIETY, ANGRY AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR and MEAN DRIVERS TOO at this LOCATION... YES!!!...EVEN the CUSTOMERS LOOK MISERABLE going and coming here...SOMETHING IS VERY WRONG WITH THIS STORE....I WATCHED the procession for 30 minutes, observing MANY DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMERS going thru the drive thru and running in and out of the door grabbing their overpriced burnt and bitter but WEAK caffeinated drinks. NOBODY WAS SMILING ABOUT ANYTHING... JUST GO ANYWHERE ELSE and STEER CLEAR of this UNHAPPY OVERPRICED PLACE. Anywhere will be a better choice....sorry Starbucks...I'VE FINALLY GIVEN YOU YOUR LAST TRY because of this weird and UNEXPECTED EXPERIENCE IN THE USUALLY WARM AND KIND IOWA!Wheelchair accessibility: I told them it was difficult for me to get out of the car and they didnt care, telling me refills only happen inside.I was mortified at my experience after simply circling the parking lot and hoping to get a refill. I'm done with Starbucks for life and strongly suggest you avoid them overall, but especially this unhappy uncaring location. Btw, my double knee replacement is pending...but couldn't explain that before someone was hurrying me and telling me the refill policy TWICE!!!Just avoid here....anywhere is more gracious and kind.

Couldn’t get a mobile order correct. Ordered a chocolate cream cold brew with a splash of milk and somehow got a cinnamon cold foam drink. Didn’t realize until i was stuck in traffic they got it wrong. I was the only car in the drive thru so it couldn’t have been so busy they mistake choc crm with some cinnamon drink…
