Bad service from the cashier, I ordered a matcha and by mistake I forgot to ask for lavender (my fault), my wife went to ask if they could add lavender and pay the difference, the cashier was rude in every way, raising her voice, bad faces, she shouldn't be working in customer service, there is a bad atmosphere in the place, I feel bad for the other employees who have to work with this type of people, they should correct that.

On shift manager is rude and didn’t care to assist with correcting the issue, she just wanted to blame others. Seems like how the world is going these days. It’s never anyone’s fault, while the person who pays for the items is the person that is stuck in the middle of the blame game.

They play deaf and are rude . I tried to get someone’s attention nobody acknowledged me or anything. They intentionally gave me a hot latte without a sleeve . Idk why I was polite and kind I say intentionally because they are trained to sleeve a cup containing something hot at lease I thought they were . Hmmm probably is because Starbucks is raciest they just kept staring
Apple Crisp Oat Milk Latte is delicious, and I don't even like oat milk! Good service too. I wish they had more and better seating to hang out for longer.

Got charged 6 dollars for a milk shake asked for a vanilla frap and they asked if I wanted a regular or vanilla bean one not mentioning vanilla bean frap has no coffee. When I brought this up. " it's what you ordered" was the response and they closed the window
I want to give a shout out to the great customer service I just received at this Starbucks in Clive,IA. I made a mistake in ordering and they fixed it with a smile on their face. Super staff.

Just so expensive for the amount you get, a 16oz drink filled with more than half ice for $7. Not worth it.

Absolutely the worst experience at this location and worst customer service I have ever experienced. It started with an employee mopping my feet! She was mopping and I tried to get out of her way However she still ran mopping over my shoes
I didn't say anything.i ordered double shot expresso and that batista was fine.Then I wait 10 minutes for it and as I was walking up to ask about it the younger batista set down 4 cups of what they serve expresso in.me and another customer asked who these were 4 the young batista shouted "read the cups" we both looked at cups 3 were blank and 4th one I couldnt tell whose name was on there.
So I said there was no names on cups.she replied "why are you yelling at me" I said I'm not yelling at you there's no names on these cups!.I'd you don't like it sir you can leave! At this point I'm in shock. I said let me talk to your manager.shes busy and I'm not going to get her! Then the girl who mopped my feet interjected and said "What are you a KAREN"!
I said no I'm a Ryan
At this point another customer said to the employee, why would you say that to him he just wants his expresso.
At that point I had enough and left.
And do you think management will reach out to me? Do not go to this location . In fact I'm done with them.
