sandwich was amazing and a little wait time for fresh sandwich
They are really the nicest people!
We ordered two Hook and Ladder subs - delicious! Filled with loads of meat, so much we couldn't finish our subs. Saved half for later.

Firehouse Subs University Clive offers delicious sandwiches like the turkey bacon ranch and a great potato soup. Customers appreciate the friendly and responsible staff, with Lindsey making everyone feel welcome and ensuring satisfaction. Orders are always accurate and tasty, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant stands out for its reasonable prices and gluten-free options. While some customers experienced occasional issues like sauce on sandwiches or a hair, these were rare and did not detract from the overall experience. Many visitors find the food fresh, warm, and packed with meat and veggies, making it a better choice than other sandwich places like Subway or Jimmy John's and comparable to Jersey Mike's. The online ordering process is easy, and special deals, such as 50% off any sub, offer great value. Whether for a quick meal or leftovers, this franchise-owned location provides a satisfying meal experience for locals and travelers alike.
