I recently visited Subway and decided to go for a classic steak and cheese sandwich, hoping for a filling, satisfying meal. The sandwich was made fresh with all the usual toppings, and the combination of tender steak, melted cheese, and crisp veggies was pretty delicious. However, my experience took an unpleasant turn when, about halfway through, I found a long, blonde hair tangled in the lettuce. It was a complete turnoff and definitely ruined the meal.
I immediately lost my appetite and couldn’t finish the sandwich. While I know mistakes can happen, it was still really off-putting. The sandwich had the potential to be great, but that hair incident left a bad taste. Cleanliness is a big factor for me when it comes to food, and unfortunately, this Subway left me with a bad taste.

I have been here a quite a few times but the employees they had working on 11/18/2024 at 2pm did not no how to make a sandwich wasted 15 bucks on lunch they served doughy bread covered it with meat and cheese so i didn't notice then all the veggies were welted and gross she squirted a whole bottle of mayo on my sandwich and was just gonna leave it until i said something… i use to love subway but unfortunately this will be my last time going there oh keep in mind 2 bites and i threw up from raw dough and extra extra extra mayo i did not ask for.

We ordered pretzel footlong, but they didn't even apply butter on it while applying salt. When our little one cried for not having butter. We went inside again and requested to apply butter but the girls refused to go inside to get it. Instead they said it will take so long to go inside to get the butter even though there is only one customer in the restaurant. Very bad customer service. Don't sell it if you can't present it as advertised.

The store was nasty n the Lettuce was brown there were no cucumber ? not sweet onion dressing and when l ask they said they did not have cucumber n when she maid the sweet onion it was black n very nasty When l got home, my bread was extremely hard n there was only 6 slices of pepperoni on my footlong sub

11054 Hickman Rd. Ordered in App. Sandwich was not toasted, it was cold, smashed and falling apart... Basically uneatable. They claim it was toasted according to video surveillance lol! Manager refused refund of a measley $7. Left messages with regional manager, Morgan, and franchise owner... I've have heard nothing! This is the only location within 10miles of me that will accept coupons... Im sad because I had to throw away the last Subway sandwich I will ever order period.

I went to get a sandwich today around late afternoon and there were no in the line, I have started ordering and the girl at the counter was not letting me think and order, she was interfering as she was in a hurry (so unprofessional), I felt so controlled. These people don’t want to do the job properly.. never going to go to the store anymore. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone.

Pretty disappointing. I’m not a Subway fan but my family is. We tried to stop into this location on Sunday and the store was out of turkey. We ended up driving away and not stopping at all. The family was bummed, I personally was ok with it.

Several people in line in front of me, which I understand it’s lunch hour however, all of the employees were not helpful to me or to each other, just had basically only one person doing the work when there was three employees. By the time I got my toasted sub, it was cold to eat.
Sign on door said out of bread. What????? That’s what the whole place is about having bread. It was 6:30 on a Friday night. Just completely ridiculous!!!! Someone needs to do a better job of inventory and weekly/daily prep for the place. Not a very hard thing when all you do is make sandwiches with bread.

Second time going there and there is a new worker (Cody) who never puts enough on sandwiches whether that being the veggies or the sauce! My sandwich was so dry! I even had to ask him to put extra veggies on and I’ve never had to do that before at this subway! Someone has got to train him better. The girl that was working with him is good! 5 stars to her.

This location is decent. They tend to roll my husband's sandwich up into a tube when making it. He only gets a sub with meat, cheese, and oregano on it and they don't take care when making sure it still looks like a sub.

First time at this location and it was easily the best Subway I've visited in over 10 years. Bread was soft and fresh, the sandwich was put together correctly and not falling apart. I can't begin to tell you how many times I've had subs with all the toppings falling out and making a huge mess, let alone the bread being hard, stale and crumbling. What a great sandwich! Finally, employees that take a little pride in their job. Keep up the good work!

Wow, I've not been here for a while. When I walked in the front door... I was not prepared for what I was about to see. A complete facelift? Nicely done! It was pleasing to the eye. The employee was pleasant and was not afraid to add extra veggies when requested. Try it out, it's a good sandwich place.
