We had a lovely time there. The chicken and the ricotta appetizers were stellar. The zodiac cocktail was yummy floral. The bouillabaisse was wonderful, swordfish was seasoned well, shrimp were huge. The sweet potato curry was ok. The quinoa was cold fyi. The beef tenderloin was perfection. The salmon itself was delicious but the couscous served with it was awful. Cold, flavorless and strange. I highly suggest you order a salad and add the salmon to it. Over all a lovely time...
Husband and I had a disappointing date night here. We went in early on a weeknight and sat at the bar. We were greeted and serviced right away.
The water and/or water glasses had a smell- like they cleaned them in bar sink water instead of a dishwasher.

An outstanding dining experience. The food was unique and delicious. I started with the flavorful brussel sprouts, enjoyed the chicken as the main and for dessert savored the strawberry. The service was top notch and, there were also several extra surprises from the kitchen. I highly recommend to those who enjoy the finest in dining. Whenever we are in Des Moines, this will always be our first choice.
