“We had a mixup with our order a few weeks ago and I told the young girl that was out taking orders about it. She listened intently and suddenly let me get someone that can help you. I did not catch her name unfortunately. A management person named Emma , came out to us and again listened intently. I did not have my receipt and without a blink of an eye, she says I’m sorry I’d like to replace it at no charge. Wow! She had me step to the counter and took my new order without any questions. This is why we frequent Chik Fil A wherever we travel… customer service and of, course, the great food! A special thank you to Emma and the Chik Fil A organization on preserving great customer service experience! We will be back!“

“I failed to realize that this Raising Caine's is in the middle of the U of Iowa campus when I set off for chicken to add to a salad from home. So, finding parking, walking there and back, with time for ordering was tight. Good news is that the chicken strips were excellent --flavorful and tender, and I didn't get a parking ticket because the service was prompt.“

“The location we went to had what seemed to be new employees training, they were very nice, but our order did get rang-up wrong, another employee promptly fixed our order and was very kind. The food tasted great. If we are ever in the area again, my friend and I will be back 👍“
