Crumbl offers delicious cookies that come fresh out of the oven, warm, soft, and with a good soft consistency. The chocolate chip cookies are big with good spacing so they are perfectly chocolatey throughout. The sugar cookies have a good combination of cookie and frosting. The staff is friendly and welcoming, greeting with a smile and enthusiastically helping customers. Orders are received quickly, with customers never waiting more than 10 minutes. The cookies always look great, and staff ask if they look okay. Customers are happy to have a Crumbl in Coralville, seeing how hard everyone works to keep pace with customer demand.
