Was the worse experience ever, they messed up my order to start with and gave me two moo lattes when one was supposed to be a frozen hot chocolate, the chocolate shake was horrible and the blizzard was only half mixed and really runny. Would really like if the owner of this establishment would contact me to resolve my bad experience.

Stop with the half ass mixing of blizzard. Dairy Queen corporate needs to audit these franchises that can't figure out how to mix a blizzard. When half my blizzard isn't mixed it's basically just a half cup of ice cream, why even go to dairy Queen for that. Does this look mashed up?

Sat in line for over 30 minutes to order. Once we got to the window to order they tell us that they just closed. We tell them we have been in line 30 minutes and they tell us they are done and won't take our order. I have never been in a line like that. Come out put up a cone to stop more people. But you take care of the line that has been waiting since well before you closed!

Their service is pretty bad. Don’t go there. They take long time and completely messed up. People who comes late get served first and who comes first get their food/drink late. I live in iowa city and went there because I thought it’s in my way to mall and i will save time going there instead of iowa city DQ. Instead i wasted more time. I will not come to DQ coralville. It took 45 minutes to get small banana split and one small strawberry sunday.

When you come here, ask for Jake to make your food! I had the most fresh burgers and fries I’ve probably ever had at a Dairy Queen! Everything was delicious and piping hot! Great prices too!

Forgot our drinks, then brought them all but one. Then, they brought the ice cream, which was supposed to be served after the meal.
Terrible customer service. Refusing to honor a church fundraiser discount that they opted into. This prepaid discount card expires in 2026 and the fundraiser website states all parties are required to fulfill their obligation for one year from the card printing. Not a good look, especially when it was for a church.
Corporate has been contacted.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Go to a different DQ in Iowa City. Upon pulling up to the window, I was told they don’t accept the bar code deals from the app. That wasn’t a big deal, different stores have different policies. But then i was i asked if i ordered two crunch cones to which i responded “uhhh no i ordered two blizzards.” Then worked then told me “Calm down, Relax” and shut the drive through window abruptly.
