Dunkin' Donuts in Coralville

“I was a little skeptical after my first couple visits following the grand opening, but any reservations I had corrected themselves in the following weeks as the employees got more comfortable and experienced with orders.The staff here is wonderful. They always greet and interact with me and always seem to be smiling or otherwise in good spirits.The best part is getting my favorite coffee drinks the way I order them and having them taste exactly like I expect them to. I'm sure mistakes will eventually happen, but it's been wonderful not having my coffee taste like it's missing components like its flavor shot, or even worse, the coffee itself. I also don't have to worry about unwanted whipped cream on my frozen coffees, so that's another plus.The wait isn't bad, the drive thru isn't horrendous, and when anything runs out, the staff offers alternatives or easy refunds. My only real complaint would be to fire the person who designed the building and that entryway. (If it's windy, you're going to want to hold on TIGHT to that front door.) My only other suggestion would be outdoor seating. Given the proximity to nearby apartments and the hospital, I think it would be a nice location to sit outside in the summer.From someone who spends way too much of my time and money on Dunkin, I want to say this is *THE* location to go to for the best experience between Iowa City and North Liberty.

Vegetarian options: They aren't clearly labeled, but most sandwich or snack offerings can be ordered (in store and on app) without meat and even egg or cheese if you so choose. The vast majority of offerings (e.g. donuts, coffee, beverages, baked goods) will obviously be vegetarian.

Parking: There are around 15 parking spots total, so about the same amount you'd find at other standalone Dunkin locations. I haven't had an issue finding parking for quick walk-in mobile pickups, but this location does see a considerable amount of people come in to sit and enjoy the Baskin Robins ice cream. I would expect less parking during peak hours later in the year when the weather is warmer, more locals make their way in, and nearby businesses open up. The drive thru doesn't get hilariously backed up like the other two Dunkin locations, and you pass all available parking on your way there, so that's an alternate option.“

“Love Dunkin’ Hot Chocolate! Especially with a fresh doughnut or two. I use the mobile app so my order is ready when I arrive, and there are deals available almost every day. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Parking: Best to park on far side of building or the drive thru line could block you trying to get out.“
