Waited in drive thru for over 10 minutes. Could see my drink sitting on the counter. Girl who was doing drive thru disappeared. Nobody came to give me my drink. I had to leave due to because of them I was now late for an appt. This isn’t the first time I waited long there. That’s why I decided to leave a review.
I was a little skeptical after my first couple visits following the grand opening, but any reservations I had corrected themselves in the following weeks as the employees got more comfortable and experienced with orders.The staff here is wonderful. They always greet and interact with me and always seem to be smiling or otherwise in good spirits.The best part is getting my favorite coffee drinks the way I order them and having them taste exactly like I expect them to. Service was kind and efficient. We stopped by late morning and all they had left were munchkins. The interior of the restaurant was dirty. Not a clean table in the place- crumbs and visible spills on the tables and floor from previous customers, stickers coming off the floor, etc. One other small group was it for the 20 minutes we ate in. Plenty of not-very busy staff to have picked up.
