“People are always quick to post the bad stuff so I’m here for all the good vibes long story short I had a not so good experiencing at Caribou a couple weeks ago I called I talked to Addie she apologised for the employee that was super rude and said that next time it was on the house. So let’s go to today, I pull up this morning and give her my rewards number and as soon as I get done with my phone number she’s like “Hi, Michelle” and she said my order “Iced turtle w/oatmilk and a honey lavender espresso shaker I was like yes!! Not only did she remember my exact order even two weeks later she also gave me both drinks on the house when I was only expecting one free! It’s honestly not even about the free drinks. It’s I love Caribou so much and go there so often that having those employees that are kind and welcoming is what I need since I haven’t been caffeinated yet!! Not only did I need that Monday morning pick me up but the fact that Addie was like super kind,super friendly, and personalised my order by remembering it just made a great start to my week so yeah Caribou, big shout out for amazing emoloyees and everyone needs an Addy!!“

“I really appreciate fresh dark roasted coffee. I couldn't find any today at noon at the Coralville Dunn Brothers. I explained what I was looking for to a very customer-focused staff member, named Taylor. She kindly went searching on my behalf, and came up with a pound of Papua New Guinea, roasted 3 days ago. I like this Dunn Brothers location because they hire people like Taylor.“

“Always such sweet gals that work here, me and my mother use to come all the time and knew I always got a peanut butter power and she'd get some fruity drink, always fixed something if it was wrong which was very rare maybe twice, we dont come as often as we use to but im sure we'll be back at some point soon ❤️“

“There are some great young staff members at this location. The only thing that I would recommend is that they not close up too early. I showed up around 7:15PM on a Monday and they closed at 8:00. I asked for a drink and a couple of pumpkin loaves warmed. The girl proceeded to tell me that she had already cleaned and shut down the microwave so basically I was out of luck. Lol, she was young and likely inexperienced so I don’t really blame her but it’s not good customer service. Outside of that, they are usually pretty good.“

“I love this location. I was wanting to try a sample of the Pink Drink not knowing it was a twist on my favorite Strawberry Acai Refresher. Staff was polite, quick and efficient. Drink was phenomenal. Will be back next time I'm in town.“
