“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“The food was good as usual, but I think it's time to let go of the 3.8% market surcharge. Gas prices are down as well as other things. I haven’t seen any other restaurants doing this. It's a negative.“

“Staff was very friendly and helpful when I took my brothers here for our first time and had no clue what we were able to order. Food was absolutely delicious, and I maintain it is some of the best fast food for quality you can get for burgers or fries, and you get a lord's plenty for your portions. Definitely would recommend.“

“Anytime I go there and their is a shorter Hispanic man shift lead I already know Im in good hands. When he's here, the food is hot. He's insanely kind, insanely friendly, super awesome at his job. But I'm telling you right now if he's not there walk out the door. There's some other guy that says he's the store manager and he's a complete failure.“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“
