Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is a restaurant known for its efficient and professional service, even for large groups. This location is highly recommended for families, as it is extremely kid-friendly. While some customers have noted inconsistencies in food quality, many others have enjoyed hot and delicious chicken tenders and burgers, including gluten-free options with lettuce wraps. Customers appreciate the amazing prices and great quality of the food.
The restaurant has a friendly and knowledgeable staff, and despite occasional off nights, it is worth a second try, especially for their great shakes and efficient service. Even when the place is filled to capacity, the team ensures everyone is taken care of and maintains cleanliness, making it a great spot for a meal.
Customers have praised the taste and quality of the food, as well as the exceptional service provided by the employees. However, some have mentioned a consistent fly problem and the indoor temperature being too low, which can make the atmosphere less desirable. Overall, Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is a reliable choice for a delicious and efficient dining experience.
