“Everything they make is amazing!“

“Celebrated my 70th birthday here last Friday night and the food/service was spectacular. They really catered to us. The six of us shared the charcuterie board and devoured it (plenty for six people though). The Chilean Sea Bass, Filet, Salmon, and Short Ribs were excellent. The flourless chocolate cake and bread pudding were very good. Highly recommend this place. Thanks to Hannah for providing us top notch service.“

While staying at an adjacent hotel, I much enjoyed dining in, convivial conversations at the bar over a craft IPA, then taking out more. The Kick Up Coleslaw and Plabano Rice are new favorites.“

“The NEW Foundry in North liberty is AMAZING!! Always great food, Always a friendly smile, the food & service is what ppl go to restaurants for and GREAT food & GREAT service is definitely what you will receive here! The managers make sure the atmosphere is welcoming along with all the staff. Great place for all sizes of parties whether its 1 ppl to a latge group, they are always willing to accommodate and make it happen. This new restaurant has been booming & Im sure its ranked at #1 in the area so far! Soo happy my daughter has found her calling to serve as she continues her nursing studies! I definitely recommend everyone to check them out!!“

“I went to a family event here and the service was amazing. We were asked consistently if we needed drinks. The food was very fresh and good, I would recommend their boneless wings, very tasty! Plus their ranch dressing is the bomb! Everyone was super friendly. Thank you all for such a wonderful night.“

“I went today for the first time and loved it! I ordered the iced raspberry white mocha latte and the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast burrito, which was served with salsa on the side. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food and drinks had great quality and flavor. Quiet and chill atmosphere with plenty of seating. I will definitely be back to try more and would recommend!“

“This is my favorite restaurant in the Iowa City/Coralville area. The Cali Burrito is something I want on my deathbed. I come here time and time again, and I always try something new. I have been amazed by my meal every single time. I never leave hungry, and the leftovers taste FIRE. I LOVE this place.“

“Fun place and friendly staff. Good for kids and family. Food and cooks were off during our lunch visit. Salad was good but more than some lettuce was brown; sandwich had old rubbery Swiss cheese and slab of chicken or turkey, and Margherita pizza had little flavor, a few tiny pieces of old basil, and doughy crust. A waste of a wood-fired oven. Go for fun, not food.“

“It was great from the beginning. I am disabled and use a walker. The young man at the front came right out and had me go through the side door instead of the revolving doors. Then we were seated where I could be comfortable. Ellie was awesome as our server!!. Food was delicious and I was helped to go out the side door when we left. An all around great experience!!!“

“Excellent steaks here, as well as some non-beef options. They have always cooked to order as well as made sure the food was as expected. I do take one star from the food as sides are a little limited, but not to say they are bad. Staff has always been excellent. Last time I had an 8 ox sirloin, med-rare naked (no seasoning) with broccoli sides and everything was excellent. I have a limited diet and I am effectively Keto at this stage of my life and they had no problems accommodating. My date chose a filet, well, with potatoes and was very pleased with the food. The decor is a little over-the-top Texas (having lived in Texas I can say it was trying too hard) but it was not noisy or overly busy at 8 pm. Sorry, I do not take pictures of food...strikes me as a little too weird...“

“really nice as far as steak and shakes go, i do not like the changes to not having servers or real dishes. steak and shake is a very old dinner and i feel they have ruined the dining experience, the food is still good even though about half the menu is missing.“
