“I would give this place 10 stars if I could!!! Their banh mi sandwiches are DELICIOUS! And their coffee is just to die for, so creamy and unlike anything I've tasted before. You can only find it here, and you have to try if you're a coffee-lover! I've been here 4 times now, tried their #1 (traditional ham) #5 (bbq beef) and their #3 (pork belly). I've also had their coffee and their peach boba. EVERYTHING IS SO FRESH!!! Their veggies and their bread is FRESHLY BAKED! Must try if you've never had a banh-mi sandwich before! “We hosted a private event at Stillwater last weekend and it went so well! They were open during our event (we chose to do a partial rental) and they had our whole area roped off for just us and them being open to the public during the same time did not hinder anything. The staff was wonderful and very attentive to our needs and the drinks we purchased (coffee, wine, beer, and smoothies) were all excellent! The space was so cozy and cute, so I would highly recommend having an event there! We got compliments from all of our guests how nice it was. Will definitely be back! “By far the best Scooters in the area!! The drinks are always made great, and have a very friendly staff with good customer service skills. The management clearly takes care in hiring and training their staff in skill and customer service…something lacking at many businesses. They take quick action when needed for both customer and or an employee. Good job to all! Keep it up!!“

“When visiting from out of town this was the first cafe that popped up and it did not disappoint. The latte was very well made and their iced vanilla latte was also really good and the service was really great. The baristas are very good at their job. The cost is about what you'd expect from a coffee shop and for a small latte and an iced vanilla latte it was about $9 before tip. It is a cute little shop and would suggest it any day. I will definitely be back.“

“We've been to Craft'd many times for beverages and bakery items… but today was the first day we had breakfast, and had it delivered to our home via Grubhub. It was fantastic! We had croissant sandwiches with egg and cheese, avocado toast, and some chocolates. I was a bit hesitant about ordering a warm sandwich for delivery… but it was wrapped in aluminum foil and very warm when it arrived. GrubHub delivery fee is only $1.99 and free if you have Amazon prime… We will definitely be ordering breakfast from Craft'd for delivery again!“

“Just started using local roasted coffee beans for our daily coffee at home. Dash was the first one my husband and I tried. It was absolutely amazing. Just a warning, we went from drinking one cup of coffee and being happy to needing that second cup because it just tasted so smooth.“

“First of all, thank you for having coconut milk as a dairy alternative! We tried a dirty chai latte and cinnamon latte which were some of the best lattes we’ve ever had. Absolutely love that they make their own syrups and even their own chai mix. Additionally, we appreciated they increase the number of espresso shots as the cup size increases, so you know you’re getting a great drink (unlike many places that water it down). It was fun getting to talk to the owner a little bit, who was very knowledgeable and passionate about the business. We definitely plan to come back!“

“Came at 5pm and asked for two of the strawberry sprinkle donuts and the sweet drive through worker let me know that they were out of them for the evening (Understandable, it’s a popular flavor that sells out quickly) and I had asked if any other sprinkle donuts were available and she had let me know only one was available and if I wanted any other donuts. I ordered one glazed alongside a chocolate sprinkle and when I pulled up to the window she gave me the box, and said it was on her for the fact they were out of the donuts I wanted. “I visit this coffee shop downtown repeatedly because their staff are consistently genuinely kind and helpful. The only thing I'd change is to have an organic decaf option. Great job, BSB!Dietary restrictions: I haven't seen dairy-free pastry options but I also dont expect that when the co. is owned by Starbucks. I choose coconut milk for my drink. I'm grateful for that option!“

“I typically stop there and pick up my mobile order every Friday. The service is great and everyone smiles and acknowledges me. Today, my only comment is that they could have put my bagel, which was wrapped in paper, in a bag instead of having it sit on the counter until I got there. My thought is that a "to go" order should be bagged. Not a complaint at all - just an observation.“

When I opened the bag to take my food out half of my drink had spilled inside the bag and had soaked into my sandwich. The travel distance from the store to delivery point was less than 1 mile. I paid $18 for half a drink and a soggy sandwich.” I went into the store a few days later to find out how to handle the bad delivery situation. Boy did they make my day!
