Ordered two drinks and 2 food items. Everything was correct on the screen. I pulled up and paid. Received the one drink I ordered and was told to pull up to wait for my other items. Totally fine. The worker, (blonde hair female) came out with the food items. I said oh I’m still missing a drink. Well after acting like I ruined her entire day, she returns with the drink and says “ next time make sure it’s on the order” in the most rude tone possible, making it seem like it was my fault for their mistake. Doesnt surprise me that there are other reviews about rude workers and bad service at this location.

Had to make an updated review. I went thru with my family. We ordered four coffees. The cups were filled with 3/4 ice. Caramel macchiatos tasted like black coffee with milk, no caramel flavor. The shaken espresso with light ice, looked like extra ice, the taste was average. The kid working may have been impaired also.....

I love this place - the food and drinks are rarely, if ever, made poorly, and I typically get my order very quickly (I always place a mobile order). But I have been waiting now 25+ minutes for two little wake-up wraps that should take a total of 2 minutes to make, and I'm not alone. I wouldn't even bother leaving a negative review because it totally happens that things fall behind.

However, I am mainly leaving this negative review because of one of the worst and most hostile employees I've ever encountered. I haven't personally interacted with her (a girl with brown hair, blond highlights), but she has responded to other customers on several occasions with the most inexplicable rude and dismissive tone to very basic and normal questions/requests. I have even seen her essentially run a customer out of the store because she refused to take 2 seconds to respond to a very basic question (do they take cash at the register).

I am not a vindictive person by any means and don't think that customer service at a fast food coffee place needs to be the same as a five-star restaurant. But every other employee interaction I've had has been wonderful, and this kind of behavior isn't even acceptable in day to day life. Kind of makes me want to go somewhere else out of principle.

the blonde girl at the drive thru has repeatedly been very rude. I have let it go several times now, since we all have bad days, but it has gotten out of control. My order was correct on the screen and when I pulled up to the window, she mumbled “something something cold brew”. I kindly said yep and paid. She hands me a drink that is not mine and I state that, and that I saw my drink right next to that one, it was ready. She then proceeds to ask with an attitude why I would say yes to the cold brew (which I learned was a cookie butter cold brew), if I actually had another cold brew (a plain cold brew, not difficult to make). I let her know I only heard her saw cold brew so that is why I said yes. The rest of the interaction was rude, and I don’t believe someone should have to start their day with that kind of interaction, repeatedly. She clearly does not like people and should not be interacting with them on a daily basis.

Went through the drive through for a coffee, yes I understand we can make it at home but we were to be on the road most of the day. Lady in drive through was extremely rude and pushy due to a break or something coming up, and as I've worked in customer service for YEARS yes we try getting people in and out fast but not rude. Don't want to waste my time and money here due to that.

The person serving and working at the drive-thru was very apologetic about not having product. Evidently someone came earlier that morning and bought most of the donuts. I appreciate him working with us.

Love Dunkin’ Hot Chocolate! Especially with a fresh doughnut or two. I use the mobile app so my order is ready when I arrive, and there are deals available almost every day. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Parking: Best to park on far side of building or the drive thru line could block you trying to get out.

Food and drinks were very delicious!! Most of the staff was very accommodating and nice! The manager however was a different story. She was behind the counter in her everyday clothes and was incredibly rude to both me and her employees. Completely unprofessional and I left visibly angry due to her behavior.

The food was really good and the cashier was really sweet but the manager was horrible! She was rude and I saw her berating and yelling at her employees behind the counter. It didn't look like she was wearing a uniform and just seemed very unprofessional.
