I don't really know where to start. They only have a kiosk now, so they don't have to really interact with you if they don't have to. One of the cheese and egg wraps we ordered had pepper cooked onto the outside of it - and for a kid that is a big deal. The cheese on the wake up wraps were burnt.

Service is slow, but the worst part was seeing how staff are treated. I overheard the assistant manager yelling at a new employee through her headset while she was helping a customer. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness—management needs to treat both staff and customers with respect.

If I could give a zero star rating- I would. Both my donuts were placed upside down in the bag and so the frosting on my chocolate long John was mashed into the bottom of the bag and the frosting on the other donut was mashed into the bottom donut. So when I went to take them out, there was almost zero frosting on the long John and also on the top of the 2nd donut. I literally paid to throw away two donuts. Never will return to this location.

I placed a mobile order 20 mins ahead of time. I got there and somehow I had to sit another 5 mins before I could get someone’s attention to help me, and then it turns out it was ready and they wouldn’t put it out or check in with me. No issues with the order, however the service is abysmal whenever I decide to come over here. It’s unfortunate because this is basically next door to me, however I drive almost to North Liberty whenever I want to go because the service at this location is never meeting the most basic standards.

Ordered two drinks and 2 food items. Everything was correct on the screen. I pulled up and paid. Received the one drink I ordered and was told to pull up to wait for my other items. Totally fine. The worker, (blonde hair female) came out with the food items. I said oh I’m still missing a drink. Well after acting like I ruined her entire day, she returns with the drink and says ā€œ next time make sure it’s on the orderā€ in the most rude tone possible, making it seem like it was my fault for their mistake. Doesnt surprise me that there are other reviews about rude workers and bad service at this location.

Had to make an updated review. I went thru with my family. We ordered four coffees. The cups were filled with 3/4 ice. Caramel macchiatos tasted like black coffee with milk, no caramel flavor. The shaken espresso with light ice, looked like extra ice, the taste was average. The kid working may have been impaired also.....

I love this place - the food and drinks are rarely, if ever, made poorly, and I typically get my order very quickly (I always place a mobile order). But I have been waiting now 25+ minutes for two little wake-up wraps that should take a total of 2 minutes to make, and I'm not alone. I wouldn't even bother leaving a negative review because it totally happens that things fall behind.

However, I am mainly leaving this negative review because of one of the worst and most hostile employees I've ever encountered. I haven't personally interacted with her (a girl with brown hair, blond highlights), but she has responded to other customers on several occasions with the most inexplicable rude and dismissive tone to very basic and normal questions/requests. I have even seen her essentially run a customer out of the store because she refused to take 2 seconds to respond to a very basic question (do they take cash at the register).

I am not a vindictive person by any means and don't think that customer service at a fast food coffee place needs to be the same as a five-star restaurant. But every other employee interaction I've had has been wonderful, and this kind of behavior isn't even acceptable in day to day life. Kind of makes me want to go somewhere else out of principle.
