Very disappointing experience in Coralville, Iowa. Service was rushed, unprofessional, and uncomfortable. We left a personal gift with money, called back within minutes, and were told it was “not found” — no follow-up ever came. As a returning customer, this last visit was extremely discouraging.

It’s chilly but most of the food was great. Portions were decent sized.Didn’t care for the Mac n cheese. I had steak shrimp ribs loaded mashed potatoes spinach dip rice pilaf caramelized onions steamed broccoli Mac and cheese. Staff was great and the (2) drinks had me buzzed. Tasted delicious. I’d pick them over Texas Roadhouse any day. Pleasant on a not so crowded night.

Loved it, this is the second time we've are here, since moving to Iowa City. Very good food I highly recommend.
Went for an Easter gathering early on Saturday. Arrived around 11 and our group of 7 was promptly seated at the toilet entrance. Restaurant was fairly empty. Service was acceptable, server was attentive. Food was overly seasoned (salt). The two burgers we had served were raw, ordered medium rare. The food was poorly prepared and most got left on the plate. The corporate design has killed any redeeming aspect of this place as a steakhouse. We paid and tipped the server but won't be back again.

TL:DR - The service and staff at this location are top notch, but the food was overpriced for what it was. Everyone there was friendly and helpful, patient with young kids in our group, and super helpful.
Not saying that the food was bad, but I think I've had better food from a steakhouse, and paid significantly less for it.
I my opinion, head to Texas Roadhouse instead for better food & prices.
