I just went through to get my food & The Guy that was taking my order kept throwing me Off not letting me Finish my order without him interrupting me & I forgot to tell him how u wanted my food & when I left the line I realized it wasn’t how I always get it and I asked him can I swap out he said no & talking about the way I wanted it was a up charge that was the last of my money and I couldn’t get it how I always get it when I order a 4PC and mind you I never opened my food yet or when touched It

This place is a joke and should be out of business by now. We waited in line for 15 minutes before our order even taken. We then waited another lengthy amount of time before we got our order, which wasn’t right and my wife got chicken strips that were dried out and looked like they spent the whole day under a heating lamp. We will never be back.

This is a shame tonight I ask for 8 pc only chicken spicy I got regular like not once not twice but you guys have to get a better team because apparently they are not listening to my requests like I don’t understand I will not be returning .paying all the money n don’t get what I want or ask for also chicken wasn’t fresh like I ended up not eating it it I’m sorry but I go to Cedar Rapids before I go back to coralville is location

Received order fries cold told the lady she dumped them grabbed the from same ones she just served me told they where going to be cold as well seeing as they where under the same warmer. Another lady came around corner with attitude saying loudly he needs new fries. Like I was imposing. Meanwhile my sandwich was sitting on the counter getting cold. While she made new fries. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Poppy's has great chicken and it's sandwiches beat chick fillet, this location is newer but the staff seemed to not to care about the environment and not very customer focused. I watched them wipe down tables. One slide down the middle and missing the other 80% of the table. The bathroom was not maintained with the urinal plugged. This location has the potential to be better if the employees cared more about the work environment.

This is the worst Popeyes food that I have ever tasted!Their spicy chicken is not the same quality as where we have lived and purchased it before.Their staff is very good but their recipes are bland.If you have never tasted their food from another location, then this review will probably not resonate with you.I hope they get better. Kudos to a good staff!
