Just straight rudeness and ratchet behavior
Will NEVER order from this restaurant again. EVER. Have not had an order that has not been missing or substituted - EVERY TIME. Love the food but this location is terrible. Yesterday ordered and was charged full price for buy 1 get 1 deal AND was missing a large side completely. They were also out of Mac and cheese. Today we tried again. Got charged full price again, missing more than half the order, again charged full price. Called manager (Riley) and she was unapologetic, blamed...read full review
one person in the kitchen. think it was the shift lead. everyone else standing around. the lead had someone go look for others and they were not to be found. same people that want to be paid more. I won't go back. Too many fast food places around and I got tired of watching one person work and everyone standing around and food was ok.
