Had 4 pieces chix with vinegar coleslaw. Holy cow! The chix was hot and juicy! And the slaw was amazing with great flavor! The only thing I can complain about is the plastic silverware and the out dates decor. Other than that, great place to stop and eat, and I will definitely be stopping in again.

My hubby and I first stopped for the boasted chicken 2 years ago, after a fishing trip. The food was delicious and the service, too. Drove in from Omaha just for the boasted chicken -- and, again, delish, delish, delish! Great staff and very nice people! P.S. my hubby and I met an awesome couple while dining, and when we were getting ready to leave, found out they had already paid the bill! Looking forward to next time ?

Just a small local diner in Corning, Iowa. We were there on a Friday and our was steak special night. The steak sandwich, filet and ribeye were great. We had a salad, bread and a nice chips with homemade dip that were fantastic. Lots of locals who know and care for each other.We had a very nice dinner topped with ice cream dessert

If you like over cooked chicken, cold French fries and cheese balls vs cheese curds, this is the place for you. Wow….what a disappointment. We got our order to go. Perhaps they send the bad product out the door. They didn’t bother to send napkins or silverware.
