Down home rural tavern, hard working folks down enjoyn the World Series 16 with a cheese head from up north. Treated me like 1 of their own. Place for drinks not food. Will definitely be back while I'm here.”

“The food is phenomenal! We've just recently moved to Farragut and have ordered food from there a couple of times. We haven't been disappointed yet! The house fries, burgers, and pizzas are the best.”

“Highly recommend! We're local so visit every so often, often enough that the friendly beertenders know what type of drinks we enjoy. I like that cider is an option too. They have special events that are fun. Sometimes food trucks are set up outside but if not they are OK with anyone bringing in food from another local establishment.”

“We went on a weeknight. Moderately busy.

Pros:
- Pizza was pretty good. The crust wasn't too tough and the toppings stayed in place.
- Dessert pizza was great! Especially the blueberry.
- arcade room was clean and all the machines were in working order. We had fun, even as adults!

Room for improvement:
-The salad bar could have been better. The lettuce available was just hard iceburg lettuce which did not look very inviting.
- The fried chicken was disappointing. Tasted bland like it was boiled and the texture of the chicken was strangely slippery.

Although this is a chain, we have some suggestions as to how Pizza Ranch could ranch it up even more:
1. Uniforms - everyone is in jeans and tshirts but overalls or bandanas and cowboy hats would add to the vibem
2. Music - the music the night we went was generic pop. Maybe play country.
3. Decor - They could go even further. Maybe some murals of old west ranches?”

“We came in very close to close and got food to go. The waitress with the blue poodle skirt was incredible. She was polite and very helpful. She did not act upset or put out that we came in late. The food was great and we will definitely be back!”

“I grew up with this place and still miss it years later. It always has the best princess chicken and sweet and sour chicken I've ever had. It deserves a higher star rating... I can't find a place even close to being as good (always fresh, hot and amazing) in greater Des Moines.”

“This Dairy Queen made me feel a comfort I have not felt in so long. The way the lovely woman spoke, to the way the man handed me my order was all delightful. If I could live in this Dairy Queen…I would. My cross country team and I had an enjoyable time, I would 1000000000009% come back. My cheeseburger warmed my tongue, my cheese curds gave me comfort, and I felt loved by my strawberry shake. The ONLY complaint I have is that the bathrooms were FREEZING. But other than that, I found it lovely!”
