Ate supper there last night. Got pretty lucky because the service was fast, window workers were both friendly, order was perfect & food was hot!
While McDonald's food has never been my forte, I do enjoy their expresso drinks and shakes. My husband and daughter order food from there weekly and while mistakes happen because we are people, they go above and beyond to make it right, whether offering to remake the order correctly or refunding your money to make up for an issue. The orders are as fast as fast food gets and the building and grounds are clean and welcoming. Creston McDonald's is a win!
They have improved their food over the last year. Unfortunately, the new business model of placing your own order and then waiting for your number to be called, means there is no one waiting to take your order or assist if you need actual help. Also there is always a lot of yelling that customers can hear coming from behind the counter.
