When you pull up and the first thing you here is What do you want. No, welcome to Burger King. Then the manager looked unkempt. Hair greasy, clothes wrinkled. Very disappointing. Won't go again.

There’s a little brat working drive thru tonight, clipped up brown hair, septum piercing and to much make up. First she got my order wrong because she was giggling with her coworkers so loud I heard her over the speaker then she gives me my food and slammed the door, and stormed off without giving my drink, I had to knock on the window to have someone give me it. Very unprofessional and I see her disturbing many more customers and them loosing business. Either fix her attitude or get rid of her! How RUDE! poor manager felt the need to apologize for a entitled brat…

Horrible customer service, the blonde heavy set lady yelled at me on the intercom drive thru window just now. She didn’t even give me my receipt when I asked for it and was cussing her on her phone when my kids and I were waiting for our food at the drive thru window. How unprofessional this happened today 10/31/2023 04:16pm so whoever works that shift needs to not work in fast food customer drive thru!

I stopped yesterday, July 11th, at this location at 1:00pm. When I entered, there was one customer before me who was being helped by a female employee. Some one in the back must have made a remark to the gal who was working the counter as all of a sudden she started shouting at someone behind her. Another gentleman told her she needed to watch her mouth (it could have been the manager), which she said she wouldn't. A few seconds later another young man came up to the register, I believe he was punching out from completing his shift. He was making remarks to this female employing and dropped the "F" bomb. He left and the gal who was at the counter went back to the cooking area and the older man took over the counter. Absolutely no apologies were made to either of us customers. I think this establishment definitely needs some management and employee meeting as this type of behavior isn't acceptable.
