I went to store here and felt super uncomfortable, the staff said that they don’t do personalized messages but in their catering book in front of the register stated that they do . So i politely showed them in the book it states they do personalized messages . Then , was stated by the staff member that they do indeed do personalized messages on bundt cakes by that same staff member .
