I just had the worst cold stone experience! I ordered online, waited several minutes for someone to come out to the front, then told my order was in the freezer. On my drive home I notice that there's writing on my receipt stating no mint, no pb cups and no waffle bowls. I turn around and go back to the store I asked the associate what I actually received in the order and he said vanilla and they didn't have time for the pb cups. We just ordered online, they delivered the ice cream to an empty desk with no notification, hence melted ice cream. The order is missing 4 items and when we try to call the store phone number no one will answer. This has happened to us several times now and it's extremely frustrating. Not to mention it showed up in a used Hy-Vee bag which is disgusting. This order is for ICU nurses that work 12 hour days and just wanted some ice cream. This place is awful.
