They've gotten my food wrong almost every time I've been through the drive through the last three years. They refuse to fix their screen so people can double check their order. Their staff only sometimes repeat your order back to you and they'll sometimes ask questions, but still get it wrong. Props to them, they will always correct their mistakes though. Please fix your screens or be better about reading back full orders. Thanks.

Just seen a video of a manger recording 2 kids fighting on the property.
Unsafe & unprofessional. Employees fight on the property while the manger record's & enrages it. Unsafe & not kid friendly

Went and picked up an online order and they had 5 people just standing there. It was only my order and it took way to long to get. The guy bagging up took his time while he stopped bagging to talk and play with keys and then continue bagging my food.
Went through the drive-thru at Culver’s at 7:29 PM on December 23, 2025, and it was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. This was our first time ever ordering at Culver’s, and instead of being helpful, the guy taking our order was rude, condescending, and impatient from the start.
He repeatedly asked us to repeat the order, but rather than guiding us or explaining anything, his tone made it clear he was annoyed. To make it worse, he asked, “Is this your first time at Culver’s?” in a condescending way. My wife said yes, and he responded with, “I can tell!”
That comment was completely uncalled for and disrespectful. At that point we decided to drive off without ordering. First impressions matter, and this one was awful. This experience alone was enough to make us not want to return.

I ordered a corn dog for the first time and this is what I got. The rest of the food was undercooked and soggy.

We regularly order food via online. We also regularly have to wait over 20 minutes to receive our food. Really disappointed they can't get food out fast considering this is a fast food restaurant.

We get curbside and they always forget items. So frustrating. Then you call and they expect you to drive all the way back. Ridiculous.

1) The kids working need more food safetytraining. Kid put his gloves on outside, then came inside flipping his hair before making Sundays.
2) Apparently after taking an ice cream order it takes five minutes (literally, no exaggeration) to meander around the front line before starting to make the ice cream order. But wait, you need to run a drive through order out first.
2) Apparently 70 cents buys you 1 whole tablespoon of hot fudge in your double scoop Sunday.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE THEY SERVED ME A CHICKEN SANDWICH WHEN I LITERALLY ASKED FOR CHICKEN TENDERS, AND THEY GAVE ME A LOT OF ATTITUDE
