We have always loved their pizzas, thin and regular crusts.The portions of toppings are great!Wished there was a way that management could figure out to hire more help or help out more during busy hours (this is the 3rd time I have placed an order on line one full hour before pick up and when I get there it's not ready and have to wait 15 or 20 minutes longer) What could be done to help with the waiting issue especially after ordering an hour ahead?But the staff (only 2 this time...read full review
The manager, Rica, has amazing dedication to customer service. I don't know of many people who would come to work and display a great attitude while also dealing with a broken foot, but Rica gives it her all. Rica deserves recognition from Papa Murphy's for going above and beyond for her employer.

We order here ALL the time. You can't beat the $10 Tuesdays!I ordered an original crust pizza, they given me a thin crust. I didnt realize until I had already cooked it. (I thought the dough would rise) We called and talked to them they said bring it back and gave us a new one, also told us to pick 2 sides from the case. Great customer service.
