Dunkin' Donuts Reviews
I stopped at the Dunkin Donuts in West Burlington, Ia . I purchased bacon and hash browns. I will never purchase again. The bacon was nothing like it was advertised--thin and in small pieces and I put the hash browns in the garbage--they were burnt and greasy. If I could rate them lower than a one I would.
I just received my regular matcha order from here. Somehow it tastes like cough syrup? Not a great morning
Love my ice coffee there and way cheaper than Starbucks and better.

Dunkin' is a unique dining experience with locations in the Quad Cities area. The staff, like Ari, provide exceptional customer service that can brighten anyone's day. However, some customers have noticed a decline in the quality of coffee and service, with issues like incorrect orders and running out of items early in the day. Despite this, many locations offer a cozy dining room setup with comfortable seating and a variety of delicious donuts to choose from. The establishment on Locust and Division Streets, in particular, stands out for its mural, orange-brown decor, and tasty munchkins. However, some features like comfy chairs and unique lighting fixtures are missing at this location, leaving a lot of open space in the store. Although there may be room for improvement, Dunkin' still provides a convenient and enjoyable spot for a quick snack or coffee fix. With ample parking, wheelchair accessibility, and options for various dietary restrictions, Dunkin' caters to a wide range of customers looking for a sweet treat or a caffeine boost.
