On a Wednesday morning at about 10:30, I was served four donuts that were simply stale. When I pay more than a dollar per donut, it's not outrageous to expect fresh donuts. Mine were very dry and flavorless. I would have taken them back but I used the drive thru and I was 10 minutes across town before I realized how bad they were.The coffee was ok but the person taking my order/serving me didn't even remember my cream and sugar request.
I CAN NOT RAVE enough about your worker Ari. These past couple of days have been rough with little to no sleep for me due to family stuff and I have forgotten to place my order before heading over. She had approached every time with kindness and has great customer service. She’s very understanding every time. Can not thank her enough. Seeing a little kindness with the past week I’ve had to endure has helped a lot even if it’s as simple as a small gesture.

It took 25 minutes in the pickup line to receive my order, workers were standing around staring at the others actually working, one of the workers was wearing a crop top and ultimately didn't look presentable at all, another one was picking in her armpit and then turned around and made a drink, not washing her hands before proceeding to make the customers drink.
