I would give a ZERO star but it's not offered. Went there yesterday and the person at the window...a manager I was told by the employee inside, was soooooo rude and disrespectful to me it was unreal. She called me a liar about a price that was on the site even after I tried to show her on my phone. I am 60 years old and have NEVER been that upset by a non educated, blonde hair, (bleached) person with an attitude. I don't think the owner cares because I have seen several negative reviews on here with no response from them . She needs to be fired. Her name, I was told by the employee inside, was Rachel. DONT GO THERE UNLESS YOU ENJOY BAD SERVICE, AND DISRESPECT!!!
Horrible customer service both times I went. They were very slow and couldn't tell me what was in one of my drinks (which tasted horrible when I got it). Paid for a med. (16oz) drink, but only got about 12 oz.

You go there and they have less and less donuts to choose from, they suck please just close your doors!
The guy working the window today was a total jerk. I did a mobile order and that went fine. Then I asked if I could buy one of the pink ombre coffee cups. He acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. I said they are right there, I could see them. He said no sorry we are super busy you'll have to come in. I said there's no one behind me or in the drive thru and no one in the store so why can't 8 but one? So I left. Bad Business.

I'm a traveling dog groomer in the area and I come in town specifically just to do my job. Dunkin donuts is one of my favorite coffee shops. So I came to this one even though it was 10 minutes out of my way. Because I wanted my butter pecan latte and my jelly filled munchkins. Got there at 9:00 a.m. already out of jelly filled munchkins, the woman on the microphone sounded like she was half asleep... And then when I got to the window I tried to tell the woman to wait a minute to run my card and she paid me absolutely no attention. And the drink that I have grown to love so much in the last couple of months was made disgustingly wrong. It literally tasted like a handful of coffee beans in my mouth. Bitter and honestly if I would have paid attention to it the minute I got it I would have known that it wasn't made correctly because it was way too dark. It wasn't until I took a drink 5 minutes down the road that I realized. Won't be revisiting this Duncan.

I love Dunkin but this location is not it. The staff members are rude, and the food and coffee doesn’t taste like any other Dunkin I’ve eaten at.

Terrible service. Employees are beyond rude and struggled to take my order. The Dunkin in moline is phenomenal, much better than this one. Don’t waste your money here and make a drive across the river for better service.

The staff were super busy. They ran around like crazy. They were very helpful, considering how busy they were. They were out of the donut that I ordered, so she threw in an extra.
