I walked here wanting to get a $6 meal and a donut, but things started going sour when their lobby was closed because of short staffing. I can understand so I still bought food. I would hope they would have better staffing in the morning considering it’s a breakfast restaurant.
Another time my sister did a mobile order here, she arrive to find out the food she ordered wasn’t being made because they “weren’t making food that day”. Very disappointing. She wasn’t even able to get a refund.
It’s a shame. I’ve been on a Dunkin donut kick but that kick has landed.
Edit: top two paragraphs were from months ago but today went again after my morning walk and I’m very happy I did. The staff was helpful, kind and quick. The hash browns were CRISPY and I’m chilling straight up. I had to bump those stars UP.

Ordered coffee, water and Mimi bagels. Sat there for 20 mins waiting on coffee and watched them move cars in drive. Everyone in the dining room sat and waited. I eventually walked out. Horrible experience. Get them some help or teach them to navigate both inside and drive thru

I’m from Florida. I can get a large DUNKALATTE for $5.99 back home. I went on a road trip and passed through Davenport. At this location in IOWA, keep in mind this is IOWA not Los Angeles, it’s $8!!!!!!! EIGHT DOLLARS. This is insanity. I chose to walk away and go to a local coffee shop instead where the prices are lower and the coffee is actually good. SHAME on Dunkin Donuts in Davenport Iowa!

Prices have gone up a lot. We don't live in New York city to get a milked down Dunkalatte for almost $8.. I used to go here almost every morning even when my drink was not made good I still came back because the prices were decent but now, for $7.50 inconsistent drink is wild!

Tables wobbly and coffee spilled in my husband's lap. Bagel sandwich was cold in the middle. Hash browns were soggy. It took forever to get our food which we ended up throwing away because it was so gross and mushy. On top of it, there were dozens of flies landing all over the donuts. Avoid this location at all cost.

50/50 on if they are going to mess up your order, but if they don’t it’s pretty good. If you’re looking for a job, this place hires anybody

New owner seems that have made a big difference! We had almost lost hope for this Dunkin - it seems every time we visited they were out of donuts or food in general, and everyone was SO rude. Since new ownership a few weeks ago, things have been so much better! Haven’t had any issues with lack of food supply, and the customer service has improved. We’re so happy it has improved! 👏🏻
