Eddy's Snack Bar is a unique and fun spot for Asian cuisine. The menu may be limited, but the quality and taste are consistently high. The Ramen is a standout, with a flavorful broth and a variety of toppings. Other popular items include the Super Sayin sandwich, sushi, and takoyaki. The decor is very unique and fun, and the atmosphere loved by family. Service was top tier and great. The food is always fantastic, phenomenal, and top notch. Customers love the ramen, crab rangoons, Roshi's Tacos, katsu chicken, wontons, dumplings, and lunch bento. The lunch bento was delicious and a lot of food. The spicy beef ramen was a huge bowl with a lot of noodles and beef, and the spice level was great. Portions are generous, making for a good value. Eddy's Snack Bar is definitely recommended highly.
