This store was clean. We did not have to wait a long time for our food. Staff was friendly.

This was my first time at a Freddy's and I'll be back! Their burgers were hot and smash burger style. Their fries are thin and a must with their fry sauce. Didn't get to try the custard, but I've been told it's better than Culver's which is saying something!!

I ordered from here for delivery two meals one with a sundae one with a shake and an extra sundae on the side, when my food arrived I had to shakes and a sundae, I called and spoke to Cooper who said if we came in he would fix it and give us the correct sundae. When I got there he apologized and said that he fixed it, upon arriving home and starting to eat my ice cream I found that there was a brownie at the bottoms of my strawberry dream cake sundae. When I tried to call again my phone was being sent straight to voicemail like they had disconnected their phones or something. Absolute worst experience with them and it just keeps getting worse every year. It feels like the workers just don’t care anymore. I’d honestly just go to Culver’s might have to wait longer but at least they get your order right

I had phenomenal service at this restaurant and the food was also delicious! I had a great time, and got into a really nice conversation with one of the workers named Grant, he had all the answers to my questions and provided excellent service.

We stopped by admittedly close to closing time (like 30 minutes before) and got a grilled cheese steak burger among other things and got a lettuce wrap??? There's no bread, there was jalapeños that we didnt ask for, and the cheese was minimal at best...

Recommended dishes: Double Cheeseburger and Fries

Generally, I prefer standard hamburgers, but Freddy's Jalepeno Pepper Jack Double is quite good. Fries are decent, but overly soggy. The custard is very good.

Never been here before. Went to the drive through and ordered some stuff and an orange flavored ice cream drink. I get handed the drink and a straw and immediately the lid (that wasn’t popped into the cup) falls off, cup overflows orange goo in my clean car. Ask for a cup with a normal lid and am told that none of the kids stay on any of the cups. So I had to get a refund and now I’m super thirsty as I eat my lunch. Don’t drive through here—will destroy your car w sticky goo.
