Hawaiian Bros Island Grill

I decided to try Hawaiian Bros Island Grill for the first time today, and glad I did. I was met at the door by an upbeat employee who walked me through the selection of food and other items. I placed my order using their kiosk and waited for my take out. When I got home, I realized I was given the wrong order... so I called the restaurant and the manager picked up right away. They apologized for the inconvenience and said they were going to make it right.... and they ABSOLUTELY did. Not only did he give me compensation for my entire meal, he offered to deliver my order fresh off the grill personally. 30 minutes later he was outside of my house with my food and apologized again. He had proof of the compensation, as well as some extras in my bag for my troubles. I haven't had this level of customer service ANYWHERE in the past few years. Not only was the customer service outstanding, the food and portions are awesome as well. I can highly recommend the Davenport location of Hawaiian Bros Island Grill to everyone.

It was our first time to eat at Hawaiian Bros. We enjoyed the food immensely. The macaroni salad is very yummy! Our server, Joe, was helpful and very friendly! We will definitely return.

First timer and was very pleased. The food was fresh and fast and our server Liz was amazing she was friendly and very informative as it was our first time , she went over the menu options and her friendliness was appreciated. We will definitely be back

Joe was stupendous!!! 10000/10 experience. Joe was trying to give us the best experience ever and even began doing handstands and cartwheels, saying he would do anything to give us a better experience. Give this hardworking man a raise!! I love you joe (call me ;)) #

Everything was great and tasted good. One of the employees, Joe, was the best. Always making sure we were good. Made the experience that much better. Joe stands out. Joe is a good dude. Joe encouraged me to eat it all and I sure did. Loved joe and will come again to see him.
