I love the food don’t get me wrong! 5 of us went there for dinner late yesterday afternoon. The place was dirty. Food all over the floor, most of the floor was stick to your shoes sticky and food under and around our table-like lots of it. 3 napkins were given for 5 of us. I can overlook mistakes, but the dirt and nastiness in this place is something I can’t The one person working the grill mixed my friends bowls together. I’m guessing they are severely understaffed. I won’t go back until they clean it up.

We love HuHot and have been customers for years. But the Davenport location has been declining recently. Today they sat us at a dirty table. Told them we didn't need rice and they brought it anyway. Had to ask for silverware. The food stations were a mess with food everywhere including all over the floor. The person refilling food was not wearing gloves and using her hands to rake food out of the containers. The grill was good but just overall it feels like it is losing some cleanliness and personality.

The waitresses were horrible here. We did to go and they made a big deal about us not overflowing our bowls and getting the sauce and a few veggies in an extra bowl. When they make their to go bowl they have them overflowing so it would be the same either way but apparently they’d rather risk it falling off onto the ground. We ordered for 3 and they only gave us 2 rice to go and when we asked for the 3rd from Raevyn she gave it back to us with an attitude and only filled it halfway. Same price to dine in or take out and with dining in you can go up as many times as you want but to get minimum to go they no longer care about customer service.

Went there last night after work and came in hungry and got some food and 2 plates of stir fry and they were both REALLY GOOD! Shoutout to my server last night, Alexis, she did a really good job and deserved the tip I gave her as she was very accommodating!!!

The food is amazing, because it's tailored to your own taste buds! You can get as much as you want. Cody and Shawn are great with accommodations, and the team is superb at providing an awesome experience. Very flexible place to eat at and work for.

Great food, the first time I've experienced food like this, I loved the idea of how you get what you want and they cook it. Great experience!!! Parts of the building needs attention. But overall Good , solid 8/10
Tried to dine here on July 11th around 6:30pm only for them to say “we’re closing early”, probably because of weather but everywhere else was still open. The restaurant was still half full with people still getting food. How hard is it to put up a closed sign on the door? Instead you let people walk in, smell the food, see other people eating and getting food, and then boot new customers out. I went next door to Dave’s Hot Chicken and that was delicious.
