Seems as if they have a hostile person working at your fast and fresh on 3200 Kimberly Rd in Davenport I would hopefully suggest that Hy-Vee management will take care of this

Michael and Ed at Hyvee on E Kimberly in Davenport catered our wedding on October 1st. We would recommend their company for your catering needs!They were on time, professional, and budget friendly. We appreciated the extra services they provided: helping us build a layout for the reception hall, providing table ware, and packing our food in the fridge. We feel that ease of communicating with the company could be improved. We also had a buffet style wedding with a server present. The server did not serve the food, however, we did hear him tell guests how much they could serve themselves. Overall, we were pleased with the services provided.

It is very unfortunate that I shop at this location all the time and is my favorite store. Saddened that I have to speak at zero star level for the Chinese take out I bought for dinner for us on Sunday 07/12/2022 approx. 4:45 pm.. I’ve bought Chinese many many times without any problems, and my family was here visiting from Florida and was one meal they wanted, which is even more disappointing. All of us ended up with diarrhea. I even said to the kid serving up the items that some of the items on the line shouldn’t be served but thrown because they are not eatable. He just ignored my comment, and I follow with I’m the health department inspector wouldn’t approve of your food.? I know Jose would have found that totally unacceptable and not up to his standards. It will be a long time before I eat your Chinese food again. Very sad.

Whoever is running the beer department needs fired. This is supposed to be this premier store with your fancy wine area and the cigars but yet beer always looks depleted. I suggest everyone stops shopping here so they can find someone who understands what customers want.

A lady came to deliver flowers to me today she was extremely polite and took the time out of her day to stand outside and chat with me…I really appreciated her kindness it was really needed today!!

The pharmacist was EXTREMELY rude and dismissive to my mom and flat out lied about the legality of OTC sales of insulin needles. She then got rude with me on the phone. There is obviously no customer service there.

I love Hyvee. Just be careful of the bakery, if you leave grandparents in the bakery too long the donuts they bring home to your kids look like this:
Recently did an aisles online order. When is didn't arrive, I contacted hyvee. Talked to an amazing woman (sorry I'm terrible at remembering names) who figured out an error had happened. Not only did she fix the issue, but she had my groceries delivered!!! Super helpful and just a peach of a person to boot!!! Thank you for everything!!!
