Horrible service! Sat at a table for 10 minutes. Several waitresses passed us and all of them ignored us. Would not recommend.
Large party of teenagers and adults. We were treated like royalty. Appreciate the accommodations and service.

We had dinner on Sept 30th, and the waitress overcharged on her tip. My husband stopped in to have it corrected and was told they would let the manager know and the manager would contact us. A few days later he went back and was told the manager hadn’t had time to do anything and the manger would be in contact with us. We still have not heard from them. We’re disputing the charges and will not be back.

The food and service are both inconsistent here. Sometimes we have GREAT meals, sometimes they come out very underwhelming. We've had amazing service several times, but a few times we have walked in and waited to be seated and then walked out again because no one showed up for 5 minutes (even while not busy.) Have had drinks refilled before empty, but have also had entire meals eaten without a single refill. We like the large menu and plethora of options, and I like all the tvs for sports viewing, but they need to work on consistency in food and service.

What a disappointment. I had to get up twice to ask someone to wait on us, after 15 minutes and 3 waitresses walking by. Got our drinks after 20 minutes and waited with no one coming back for another 10 minutes for food order. Food was OK at best!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!
Haven’t had JG in awhile and decided to give it a shot. Apps were on point. Girlfriend got a Reuben and commented on it being a dry. She gave it a shot and cut it in half to eat and there was a single gnat looking bug jumping around in the sammich. Thanks but….peace out JG. Quality has gone crazy downhill at this establishment

The bar / grille has a nice atmosphere. Lots of room, comfortable, lots of TV’s to choose from and the food was really good. have had cheeseburgers and fries and pork tenderloins and onion rings.- all good and large portions.
The servers are really nice.
The only criticism is that it’s slow to get your food. Maybe they were short on staff?

Food was great. Had to ask to be waited on, we sat for about 10 minutes, servers just kept walking by. Once our server came over she was great. Needs more lighting over the booths, had to use the flashlight on my phone to read the menu.

Disappointing- I came to visit my grandson and took him out for supper a month or so ago and I had the Wednesday burger special and he had the barn buster and these were great, mine was well done as ordered, toasted bun and his burger had the egg that was over easy. Tonight I made the two hour trip with the husband so he could try the barn buster that we bragged about the grandson and him ordered theirs medium rare, they both came well done and dry and the egg was hard not over easy. we asked the waitress for another over easy egg and she brought another egg that was almost hard with little to no yoke, the hubby sucked it up and ate it and said never again as well as the grandson. Sorry but we won’t be back when we visit the quad cities.
