I don't mind waiting to have my order taken. I kind waiting while on person is hanging over the trash in the back eating food he pulled off the line while the other two employees just stand there and chit chat after asking me to wait a minute. No wonder this place is dead all the time.

Clean resturant but 2 out of 3 visits in the last 4 months are making me rethink my dinning go too's This KFC is below par on food experiences presented. 1st time chicken was dry and over cooked 2nd time it was ok no real problems this last time tonight I ordered 2 famous bowls both had 4 pieces of popcorn chicken and a two spoon fulls of corn and the gravy drowned (which was most of the bowl) the mash potatoes. It looked like gravy soup with the ingredients tossed in. None of this was discovered until I got it home 20 mins away. I ended up salvaging it by adding more mash potatoes, corn and from my own cabinets. I dont think ill come back to this location again.

Not much foot traffic anymore to eat out! The drive-thru was the only busy part of the store! They were out of white meat chicken ? at the time I went in! But that is not saying anything! They could have had a big rush before I arrived! The lady was very calm even though she was working the drive-thru as well! I felt at no point at all of being rushed or unimportant!

I was very impressed by the young lady who took my order. She helped save me some money by ordering the same thing ,but yet in a different way of ordering. I thanked her for her thoughtfulness. On top of that, I probably waited maybe 5 minutes for my order. I took it to go and brought it home to my beautiful girlfriend Kris, and it tasted marvelous! P.S. KFC, you should give that young lady a raise!

Kid-friendliness: The kids they have working there are very well trained and professional! Nice job, KFC!

Waited in line for 10+ minutes and when it was my turn to order the cashier left the counter and went out to the dining room to change the garbage. I left. I will never go back to W. Kimberly location again. Horrible customer treatment!! I had to hit 1 star in order to write a review otherwise there would be none.
