I got here around like 8-9pm or something and got some chicken tenders n fries meal. The chicken did not seem fresh, the fries definitely weren't, and the mtn dew tasted terrible. There's no way they're cleaning equipment properly like they're supposed to. I asked for extra crispy tenders which most assume means cook longer but they said they only have 1 type and I wasn't in the mood to educate or argue.

Order was “ready for pickup” but the store was closed without our knowledge even though doordash, google and maps showed that they were open. Was not refunded for food that I also didn’t receive. Would give it 0 stars if i could. Worker on the phone was rude and also in a rush to hang up.

Ordered KFC from the Davenport, IA location with delivery from Door Dash. We order fried chicken and get no napkins. We order mashed potatoes and gravy and we weren't given any utensils to eat with.
Finally, the quality of the chicken was horrible. I had the honey BBQ chicken and my wife had the extra crispy. My BBQ sauce was different from other locations it tasted off and the chicken had the smell as if it were covered by a dirty dish towel for an extended period of time.
My wife's chicken tasted burned or cooked too long as did the hot wings.
KFC isn't cheap ... save your money and don't order from this location.

Kfc is my favorite fast food chain. This location messed up 2 out of 3 orders. Ordered white meat crunchy on one order got dark meat. Ordered original on 2nd order and got more crispy crap for myself. Sent wrong pieces and wrong type. Ordered online for delivery. Won't ever order from here again!

Went through the drive through, told it would be 6 mins for original crust, ok, no problem. I waited out front for 10 minutes, nothing, no one came out. I went in and was told well it would be 13 more minutes as they ran out of original. (No cars ahead of me when I originally went through and only 3 pulled up after). I was asked do you want crispy on the breasts, we have that ready. No, I want regular, pause…asked again..WELL? Will you take crispy? NO! Then you’ll have to wait we had a lot of orders before you! I asked why did you say 6 mins? No answer! Will, not go back!!! Customer service was an embarrassment. No apology or anything! So very sad!

Clean resturant but 2 out of 3 visits in the last 4 months are making me rethink my dinning go too's This KFC is below par on food experiences presented. 1st time chicken was dry and over cooked 2nd time it was ok no real problems this last time tonight I ordered 2 famous bowls both had 4 pieces of popcorn chicken and a two spoon fulls of corn and the gravy drowned (which was most of the bowl) the mash potatoes. It looked like gravy soup with the ingredients tossed in. None of this was discovered until I got it home 20 mins away. I ended up salvaging it by adding more mash potatoes, corn and from my own cabinets. I dont think ill come back to this location again.

Not much foot traffic anymore to eat out! The drive-thru was the only busy part of the store! They were out of white meat chicken ? at the time I went in! But that is not saying anything! They could have had a big rush before I arrived! The lady was very calm even though she was working the drive-thru as well! I felt at no point at all of being rushed or unimportant!

I was very impressed by the young lady who took my order. She helped save me some money by ordering the same thing ,but yet in a different way of ordering. I thanked her for her thoughtfulness. On top of that, I probably waited maybe 5 minutes for my order. I took it to go and brought it home to my beautiful girlfriend Kris, and it tasted marvelous! P.S. KFC, you should give that young lady a raise!
