Very nice restaurant. The food was excellent! We had the strip steak and salmon for entrees, marinated olives for a starter everything was fantastic
Went for date night tonight got all dressed up and this place was everything we expected it to be great food great service great atmosphere definitely will go again

Maldon Kitchen + Bar is a restaurant on Brady St. that has become a new favorite spot downtown. The place offers great food, great service, and a great atmosphere, making it a perfect spot for date night. The menu features items like the octopus, crab cake, short rib, burger with a potato hash brown side, beef carpaccio, burrata salad, and special mini tarts. The burger is oozing with flavorful cheese, and the short rib melts in your mouth like butter. The mashed potatoes are the best some have ever had. The cosmos are perfectly balanced and ice cold, and the Manhattan is well balanced and crisp. The $33 bottle of malbec is very smooth and easy to drink. The staff, including the bartender, are amazing and have great personalities. The waitress explains the menu well, and the server is sweet, honest, and helpful. The hostess is also kind. The atmosphere is perfect for date night, and the pricing is approachable with quality that well exceeds the menu price. The place has clearly marked gluten free options. It is a little cramped and crowded, but it has only been open for 4 months, so hopefully they find their groove.
