McDonald's on NW BLVD has the best customer service. The staff are friendly, happy, and fast.
terrible customer service. took the guy about 5 min to take my order because the people in the background were being loud and rude. at the window the girl was rude and unknowable about the $20 bill policy. got inside and the managers were rude and didn't try to help me in any way. i will never go back. id write a bad review in mcvoice but i didnt get a receipt bc i cancelled my order.
First time ordering an Online order.... I had my husband go an pick it up an the girl told him that since he didn’t have the phone he can’t get our order. So I go an than add to my order cus there was no option for a sundae on your app... the sundae lid on an spill on the side of my car ask for a wet towel an napkins and she brought me a wet wipe , than processed to laugh about the matter with another employee.
