Food was excellent. Vibe wasn't bad but...different. Acoustics made it very hard to hear across the table. Would return but sit outside. The patio looked lovely! We did love being able to see into the kitchen. Very cool.
Wonderful meal & service, superb beet salad w/goat cheese! Great swordfish, purple potatoes are special & so good for you, you can tell chef cares, outdoor dining a real treat
Monarch is our go to dinner place when we are in Davenport. Excellent service, amazingly tasty food, great atmosphere. Menu changes seasonally and there is always a variety of dishes to choose from . (I don't know what happened to my pictures) very nice wine selection. Make reservations.
