I spend more time than I’d like to admit at Noodles & Company. It is my go to on the road restaurant. Unfortunately, a lot of their locations have bad service. This was the most positive Noodles and Company experience I have ever had. I ordered a mobile through their app, and it was ready 10 minutes early when I got there. The staff, especially the man who was working, was super personable. They all seemed to care about their job. Another customer came in while I was eating, and they took extra time to help her out with the soda machine, and gave her a free drink. Next time I’m driving through, I’ll certainly stop here again.
I had a coupon that they had no button for and the manager on duty still gave me the discount!!! I was having a bad day already and he made it a bit better. Very friendly and great atmosphere!! he deserves a raise for his hospitality for sure!!

I go here at least once a month. The food is always on point, the restaurant is clean, and the staff are friendly!

disappointment is an understatement. Food came out to our table. It was the wrong order, then food came out again. I ordered a simple meal with no cilantro. Meal came out with cilantro on top, OK, that’s fine and easy fix. Politely ask them to please remove cilantro and get a new one. The new one comes out and the noodles are burnt black. Underneath the red sauce. The noodles are crunchy and burnt black . Are we serious? Just because something is on the cheaper end doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be this low of effort to customer service. Ended up just leaving because this is ridiculous to ask for a third time.

Paid almost $7 for soup just to have the container to be filled half full.....i got more food with my $3 side of garlic bread.
The taste, ordinary, definitely not worth $7, i could have paid $2.38 for a can of progresso soup and had a better tasting soup. I do have to say that the actual chicken in the soup was great, but i think the company needs to go back to the drawing boards because the broth and overall taste if the soup does not measure up.
I have a picture of the half filled bowl.

Absolutely fantastic!
horrible portion sizes SINCE 2019.. A place to go to eat where you spend a lot of money and still leave hungry…
Our food was so good. The person that got our food was nice, but the atmosphere could do some work
